Drive Technological Innovation at Nutreco

Nutreco, a leading global provider of innovative aquafeed solutions, is seeking a Business Application Specialist Finance P2P to join our NCC Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating functional area requirements and translating them into process or application projects. This role is crucial to provide day-to-day support to the business in P2P tools and participate in all NCC Finance activities.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Innovate and proactively work to develop and support P2P business applications to ensure they meet business needs.
    • Work with suppliers to translate business requirements and needs into viable software solutions.
    • Apply knowledge of systems to determine feasibility of projects.
    • Configure and guide development of various P2P business applications.
    • Interact and engage frequently with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements.
    • Support Application Engineers in translating functional design into technical design.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a similar field.
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Affinity with IT service management (preferably with ITIL v3 certification).
    • Fluency in English and effective communication and networking with business stakeholders.
    • Soft skills like analytical strength, project management, collaboration, adaptability, good communication, global change management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
