As a Team Lead Front-End React at Coolblue, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in React and JavaScript will be invaluable in guiding your team towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Front-End and Back-End developers to achieve software excellence
  • Support team members in setting and achieving personal growth goals
  • Review code and promote best practices to maintain a high level of craftsmanship
  • Coach team members and provide continuous feedback to improve their skills
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience with React and/or Vanilla JavaScript
  • Over 2 years of experience in giving feedback, motivating, and coaching developers
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
  • Experience with HTML, CSS/SCSS, and a Back-End language such as C# is a plus
