About the Opportunity
Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to join our dynamic team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our tax function, you will play a crucial role in shaping our tax position and ensuring compliance with Dutch and international tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead tax planning and risk management for the Dutch cluster of Teva companies
- Perform in-depth Dutch tax technical analysis and identify opportunities for tax optimization
- Manage tax risks and exposures in the Netherlands and relevant jurisdictions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with tax authorities and external tax advisors
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in global tax planning, with a focus on multinational corporations
- Strong knowledge of Dutch tax law and international tax developments
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor teams
- Proven track record of successfully implementing tax strategies that align with business goals
About You
We are looking for a versatile and strategic thinker with a 360-degree view of the business. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required.
