About the Role

We're seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team at Creative Fabrica, a fast-growing tech start-up from Amsterdam. As a key member of our product team, you'll be responsible for championing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) across various parts of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be actively involved in all product development phases, from discovery through delivery and beyond, with a hands-on approach.
  • Use a mix of qualitative and quantitative data to understand user needs, inform design choices, validate assumptions, and capture insights.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of UX, considering the customer's journey and interactions with the product and company over time.
  • Aim for a balance between technological innovation and user-friendliness, keeping our ultimate goal in mind: serving our users effectively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design within an e-commerce setting.
  • A solid history of creating flawless design assets.
  • A strong foundation in UX design principles, with a data-driven approach to design decisions.
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
  • Experience designing for various platforms (Web, email, mobile, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
