Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfast items, snacks, and meals, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met, and that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
