Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AP Coordinator to join our team at Foot Locker. As an AP Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Processing: Timely and accurately codify and book invoices and expense claims into the AP Subledger, ensuring compliance with Company policies and Tax requirements.
  • Travel Expense Management: Process travel expenses for store associates, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Aged Invoice Resolution: Provide timely resolution to aged open invoices and payments, ensuring prompt payment to vendors.
  • Payment Cycle Review: Review and validate regular payment cycles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Vendor and Customer Support: Handle inquiries related to invoice compliance and payments with vendors and other divisions within the Company.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage daily incoming mail and AP-related databases, performing other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Relevant Work Experience: Relevant work experience in a similar position is highly valued.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, written and spoken, and fluency in either German or Italian is required.
  • Technical Skills: PeopleSoft experience is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work with deadlines, internal and external partners, and possess a proactive and well-organized approach.
  • Team Player: Team player with a service-oriented attitude and clear and effective communication skills.
