Webcast Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Webcast Technician to join our team at Euronext Corporate Services. As a Webcast Technician, you will be responsible for delivering successful customer events from a technical perspective, either in one of our studios or on-site at a customer location.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate webcast production, including scheduling, technical setup, and content integration.
• Troubleshoot streaming audio and video problems during live events.
• Work with local suppliers and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Install and configure encoders at customer locations.
• Identify needs and market developments to improve our services.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in streaming video, audio-visual industry, TV broadcast, or video conferencing.
• Strong working knowledge of equipment such as Newtek Tricaster Elite versions 1 & 2 in Chroma key studio settings.
• Knowledge of encoders and installation/configuration.
• Experience in project and resource planning.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
