About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team as a Credit Control Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing receivables, reducing overdue debt, and improving financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Credit Control:
    • Manage and analyze receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Contact customers and internal stakeholders to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes
    • Prepare and send statements, reminders, and collection calls in a timely manner
    • Initiate and monitor dispute resolution processes
  • Receivables Management:
    • Block charge tokens and refer debts to collection agencies when necessary
    • Negotiate solutions with stakeholders and build relationships with Sales and other teams
    • Improve processes and deliver results through data-driven analysis
  • Financial Operations:
    • Book bank statements, apply and allocate cash to ensure accurate financial records
    • Process refunds, reconcile accounts, and write off debts in accordance with company policies
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Report on AR balances, aging, and key performance indicators to management and stakeholders
    • Identify risks and improvement opportunities through data analysis and insights
    • Prevent bad debt and reduce aging receivables through proactive measures
  • Ad-hoc Tasks:
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 months of experience in Cash Collection or Finance in an international environment, ideally in a high-growth company
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Higher education (HBO level)
  • Experience with Business Central, Trust IT, and Salesforce is a plus
