Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is seeking a Quality Assurance Trainee to join our Housekeeping Team. As a Quality Assurance Trainee, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and tidy hotel environment.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors and Team Leaders to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of Housekeeping supplies.
- Work closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure hotel standards are met.
