The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the requirements for the calculation of credit risk metrics and other Credit Risk Life Cycle topics, while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in a relevant position, with strong knowledge of credit risk regulations (CRR/CRD/EBA/CoRep/FinRep) and an academic education in a relevant field. They will exhibit exceptional leadership skills, be able to work on detailed questions as well as overarching challenges, and possess excellent communication skills.
About the TeamThe Credit Risk Requirement Settings team works closely with departments responsible for credit risk management, policies, modelling, regulatory model management, IT departments, and supervising authorities. The team creates a wide range of documents, including solutions and documentation for regulatory obligations, new requirements standards, and continuous review and update of existing ones.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive gross monthly salary of €**150,000**, including vacation pay and benefit budget. Additionally, we provide a benefit budget of **11%** of your salary, which can be used to acquire additional employment benefits. You will also receive five weeks of vacation per year, a personal development budget of €1,000 per year, and an annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
