The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for resolving issues related to Nonius Solutions at our customers' sites.

The Role

  • Attend customer sites to resolve technical issues related to Nonius Solutions
  • Perform installation, replacement, and maintenance of telecommunications, electrical, and multimedia equipment
  • Conduct surveys to structured networks and wifi
  • Install and correct customer network racks
  • Align satellite antennas
  • Perform electrical corrections in racks
  • Prepare technical task reports and maintenance worksheets
  • Coordinate with the IT Nonius department for internal IT operations
  • Ensure full attendance and punctuality
  • Submit weekly intervention reports
  • Take responsibility for the work vehicle and working tools

The Requirements

We are looking for a smart and responsible individual with a passion for networking. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience in Telecom and/or Networking.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have a strong sense of work ethics, responsibility, and commitment
  • Ability to work in WAN/LAN environment
  • Experience with routers, servers, and TCP/IP environment
  • CCNA or equivalent certification
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
  • Excellent communication skills and customer awareness
