Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team at Duynie Group, a market leader in Europe. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for delivering innovative production processes at our suppliers' factories and our own locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets and monitor expenses;
  • Create and implement detailed project plans;
  • Lead the engineering process and instruct third-party contractors;
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including CE, HAZOP, and manuals;
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs;
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders;
  • Review and ensure compliance with supplier contracts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (food, chemical, mechanical);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical projects;
  • Proven track record of managing stakeholders at different levels;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive technical and organizational improvements.
