At the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel, we are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic colleague to join our dynamic team as a Food and Beverage Shift Leader.

Responsibilities:

As a Food and Beverage Shift Leader, you will be responsible for the restaurant operations during your shift. You will communicate with guests and colleagues from different departments to ensure the guests' needs are met. You will respond to and try to fulfill any special arrangements. You will help and supervise the setup of the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of furniture and equipment. You will inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement with group requirements and company standards. Additionally, you will ensure that you and your colleagues from the restaurant work together as a team. You will develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team to reach common goals.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, you must have at least 2 years' experience in F&B hospitality. You should like to create a personal connection with our guests, go the extra mile for our guests, but also for your colleagues. You should be flexible, friendly, and a team player. You should have good communication and social skills. You should be fluent in English and also preferable Dutch, other languages are a plus.
