Job Summary
Our sales team is seeking a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to assist our senior sales team in managing customer orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales account maintenance, providing technical and administrative product information to customers, and daily sales order processing and data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of product orders and track all assigned sales orders.
- Follow up on estimated time of delivery (ETD) and estimate time of arrival (ETA) of products and goods.
- Support the sales team with all related to sales activities to improve efficiency and grow sales revenue.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders within the company.
- Deal with and respond to high volumes of customer inquiries.
- Ensure internal processes and procedures are followed and educate customers where needed.
Requirements
- Diploma with similar position experience or bachelor's degree (or higher).
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in the tech industry preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and possibly other second Eastern European language.
- Administrative, customer services, or sales background preferred.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft office suite / CRM systems).
- Detail-oriented, proactive team player with ability to prioritize own workload.
