Job Title: HR Business Partner

About the Role:

Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in the EMEA region. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders, driving talent acquisition and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify business issues and develop HR solutions to support business goals
  • Provide day-to-day advisory and coaching to managers/team leaders in all human resources areas
  • Partner with Global Recruitment team to achieve hiring targets of the EMEA region and ensure the quality of new hires
  • Source and build candidate pipelines for technical and professional positions
  • Manage internal hiring processes efficiently and provide excellent candidate experience
  • Develop and deliver learning programs to support business strategies through individual and group development sessions
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
  • Lead and implement different HR projects throughout the EMEA region and achieve project goals in an effective manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience, including global or international project leadership, with 2 or more years of high-volume recruitment experience
  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing companies preferred
  • Extensive knowledge and practical application of local employment laws in EMEA countries
  • Familiar with Radford and Mercer compensation survey
  • Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly
  • Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, written/verbal communication, planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of coaching and consulting skills
  • Strong business acumen with hands-on mentality
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • HR systems experience with ATS, SuccessFactors, and ADP
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or equivalent education and/or experience. HR certification is a plus
  • Fluent in English, other language skill is a plus
