The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in supply chain management and logistics. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Fulfillment Center, including managing teams, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency.

In addition to their operational responsibilities, the successful candidate will also lead process improvement projects to drive growth and innovation within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the Fulfillment Center, ensuring timely and efficient processing of orders
  • Lead teams of Captains and Shoppers to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 1-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
