We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Import Office of Schiphol Airport. As a key member of our international department, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to import cargo.
Your primary duties will include:
- Verifying and processing paperwork
- Maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensuring compliance with international agreements and guidelines
In addition to administrative tasks, you will also be responsible for communication with various stakeholders, including:
- Drivers and airlines
- Internal departments and international customers
Work in Holland is a recruitment agency specializing in the international labor market. We provide skilled workers from fellow European countries with new opportunities in the Netherlands. Our goal is to make our employees feel welcome and supported in their new roles.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Have resided or registered in the Netherlands for at least 8 years
- Two years of experience in a similar administrative position, preferably in the air freight industry
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both in writing and speaking
- A MBO 3 diploma or similar college degree from abroad
- A dynamic and challenging job within an international organization
- Salary between €2100 - €2300
- Extra fringe benefits and 25 holidays
- Free use of public buses around Schiphol Airport
- Other travel costs partly paid
