Job Title: Treasury Specialist

Customs Support Group is a leading independent provider of customs services in Europe, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and continuous growth. As a Treasury Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of our new Treasury system and cash pool projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of the new Treasury Management System (TMS) and coordinate with the TMS implementation partner to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Deliver regular project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Collect and input all necessary master data for the TMS.
  • Responsible for inputting all necessary deals/transactions in the TMS, including historical and new data.
  • Develop new process flows and documentation related to the TMS, ensuring all functionalities are fully utilized.
  • Assist the Group Treasurer with initiatives involving the finance department of countries to leverage the new TMS for cash management and intercompany loan administration.
  • Train new users in affiliated companies across different countries.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department and external consultants to establish the interface between the TMS and ERP systems.
  • Support the Group Treasurer with the ongoing cash pool project, including documentation, coordination with affiliated countries, KYC, and Citi Direct training for various payment methods.
  • Perform other ad-hoc treasury tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Treasury or a comparable role.
  • Knowledge of cash pool, intercompany loans, external loans, and guarantees.
  • Understanding of Treasury systems and bank portals.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
