Risk Management Expert

As a Manager Financial Risk Management at KPMG-Netherlands, you will be responsible for helping banks optimize their risk management practices in credit risk modeling, ALM, model risk management, and regulatory driven transformations. You will work on different projects for a wide variety of clients within financial services, collaborating with a young, international, multidisciplinary, and motivated team in an informal yet professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop cutting-edge credit risk models and ensure they are compliant with ever-changing regulations for multiple clients.
- Translate client needs into workable solutions, managing projects like a master.
- Work with clients to understand their risk management needs and provide advice on how to optimize their practices.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement risk management strategies for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure clients are compliant.
Requirements
- MSc. degree in quantitative economics, mathematics, or econometrics.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience within financial services or consultancy.
- Professional knowledge of banking regulations (CRR / CRD, Basel, EBA).
- Professional knowledge of credit risk models.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
