Key Responsibilities- Represent flatexDEGIRO in Italy and manage relationships with stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends and regulatory changes
- Conduct market and competitor research as required
- Maintain positive relationships with local communities, banks, and brokers
- Plan and participate in market/community events and business development activities
- Act as a trusted advisor on regulatory topics and challenge the organization if needed
- Coordinate with legal & compliance to manage contacts with the local regulator
- Years of work experience in the Italian financial industry, preferably in online retail brokerage or retail banking
- Analytical, proactive, and self-motivated individual
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Able to identify problems or areas of improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Master's degree is an advantage
- Excellent command of both English and Italian
- Knowledge of Italian regulatory financial law and financial markets
