Customer Service Specialist

As a key member of the Yacht team, you will be responsible for managing the entire order-to-cash (OTC) cycle for our European Supply Chain for Solids. This includes logistics execution, cash generation, complaints management, delivery, forecasting, and order handling for an assigned cluster of customers and products.
You will work closely with the Sales Manager to execute operational tasks and contribute to various OTC projects. Additionally, you will monitor OTC performance to identify potential improvement areas and efficiencies, ensuring compliance with all fiscal, legal, and logistical standards.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for performing tasks across multiple CS teams, evaluating operational sales plans, and discussing proposals with the Supervisor CS. You will also support SAP key user tasks, including master data maintenance and functionality testing.
Furthermore, you will register and manage customer complaints, troubleshoot issues proactively, and ensure uninterrupted OTC and PTP processes. You will also roll out and maintain e-shop functionalities, collaborate with customers for smooth integration, and contribute to sales forecasting.
Your expertise will be invaluable in managing accurate master data for proactive issue resolution, handling financial surcharge management for additional logistical services provided to customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require higher professional education (HBO) in logistics, business administration, international business, or commercial studies. You must possess strong communication and analytical skills, adaptability to work within multiple teams, and operational knowledge in accounting, business processes, fiscal and legal logistics, and SAP/IT systems within an international environment.
Commercial acumen and prior experience in commercial logistics are highly valued, and fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of German is a plus.

Benefits
As a valued member of the Yacht team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary between €3,900 and €4,500 gross per month, based on a 40-hour work week. You will also enjoy a 40-hour work week contract, with an option for 32 hours per week, and a vacation allowance of 8.33% calculated over 12 months' salary.
You will also be eligible for a pension plan, home office setup allowance, 13th month salary or year-end bonus, paid time off, travel allowance, flexible work options, training and development opportunities, referral bonus, dedicated HR contact, and professional mentorship.
