Business Consultant Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant Reporting to join our Credit Transformation Office team at ABN Amro. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for stakeholder management on strategic, tactical, and operational levels through program reporting and coordinating for important project meetings, Credit Chain Oversight Committee (CCOC). You will support our team with preparation and coordination of key (ExBo - senior management) meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments, including Client Units, Risk, Finance, IT, and DM&A.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated reports across the credit value chain.
- Support the preparation and coordination of key meetings, including the Credit Chain Oversight Committee (CCOC).
- Provide analytical and advisory support to the team, leveraging your expertise in credit processes and change management.
- Initiate and lead specific interventions to drive business outcomes and improve customer experience.
- Proven experience as a consultant, with a strong delivery mindset and ability to analyze complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actions.
- Pragmatic and results-driven, with a passion for creating impact that benefits our customers.
- Ability to collaborate across silos and mobilize people throughout the organization.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end credit processes and/or change management skills and/or communication expertise.
- A competitive gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 5,847 - 8,353) based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- A 40-hour work week is also possible, with salary based on knowledge, experience, and potential.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits.
- Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- A Personal Development Budget of €1,000 per year, which can be accumulated up to €3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team).
- An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
