Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive the development of new features for our mobile app, used by over 10 million users. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for articulating the product vision, defining the product strategy, and prioritizing the roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the product discovery process, encompassing viability, feasibility, and desirability analyses.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with our talented development team, providing clear guidance, support, and timely feedback to ensure the successful and timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Continuously gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze data to drive product improvements and make data-driven decisions.
- Champion the Tikkie brand values and user-centric approach in all product initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner, ideally in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- A track record demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and a talent for driving or being associated with industry-leading products/services in a mobile app environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated affinity with and understanding of tech products and their development processes.
- Experience in fintech environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, using data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in optimizing existing products and revenue streams through techniques like A/B testing and continuous improvement.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize strategically.
- Preferably, experience in targeting user segments for new propositions and collaborating with external partners.
