About the Role:

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global EHS&S Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our EHS&S strategy, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and driving a culture of safety and excellence across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS&S standards, guidelines, and best practices across all segments and sites.
  • Lead the strategy for company-wide leadership and management of EHS&S policy, standards, procedures, and operational guidance.
  • Provide expertise and leadership to engage operational leaders in driving a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Direct all Regional EHS&S and EHS&S SME's Leads and influence site, region, and global business partners to drive prioritization of regulatory compliance, continuous performance improvement, and integration of EHS&S performance objectives into standard work processes.
  • Model a strong compliance mindset, develop strategies to achieve EHS&S objectives in alignment with company business goals and values.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in EHS&S leadership role in a multi-national organization in the pharma industry with high EHS standards.
  • More than 10 years of Regional or multi-sites experience in leading EHS&S.
  • Advanced knowledge and practical experience in all areas of API and Bio-Pharmaceutical operations.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Health sciences, Safety engineering, Environmental engineering, or related fields.
  • Sound knowledge of global environmental, health, and safety regulatory and statutory requirements including ISO certifications.
