POSITION: CHEF DE PARTIE

As a Chef de Partie, you will operate under the guidance of the Chef de Cuisine, responsible for:

  • Ensuring the quality of food preparation and maintaining accurate technical data sheets.
  • Independently managing all aspects of your designated station, including the setup, preparation, and presentation of dishes, in accordance with the establishment's technical and aesthetic standards.
  • Assisting in evaluating supply needs and overseeing inventory and ordering processes.
  • Adhering to HACCP protocols and safety regulations.
