Overview

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team at Van der Valk Hotel Gorinchem. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality standards of our Viku service.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from €14,74 to €16,29 per hour, paid according to the Cleaning-CLA scale. Additionally, we offer a full-time employment contract with fixed hours between 30-38, as well as an end-of-year bonus of 5%.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee a team of housekeeping staff and ensure that cleaning work is performed to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for light administrative tasks, such as time registration and creating work schedules. Furthermore, you will serve as the point of contact for the hotel and our head offices.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess leadership qualities, be responsive and flexible, have a customer-oriented attitude, and be representative of our company. You should also have managerial experience as a supervisor, cleaning experience, and be proficient in Dutch and English.
