We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista and Server to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a memorable experience to our customers.

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take orders and serve a variety of gelato flavors with attention to detail and presentation.
• Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and answer any questions about our menu.
• Ensure timely and efficient service, maintaining a positive and hospitable atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to meet customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or gelateria setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of Italian gelato and the ability to convey its unique qualities to customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods with ease.
