Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop annual budgets and forecasts in close cooperation with the R&D functions
  • Foster strong collaborations across Genmab, providing stellar financial management and control to various departments
  • Navigate the closing processes, and deliver insightful analyses on financial performance to business stakeholders and senior management
  • Contribute to our continuous improvement culture through smart initiatives and process innovations, including AI and machine learning enhancements
Requirements
  • A solid educational background in Finance or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within the biotech or pharma sectors
  • A strategic thinker with a global perspective, comfortable navigating the complexities of an international, multifaceted organization
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with a broad understanding of financial systems like Adaptive Insights and SAP
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for diverse audiences
  • A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for teamwork, innovation, and excellence in finance
