About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead Logistics to lead improvement projects in a dynamic environment. As Project Lead Logistics, you will lead improvement projects within the Logistics Operations and contribute to cross-sector projects. You will continuously improve, secure, and standardize operational logistics processes, including integration with SAP and other IT tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement logistics processes and systems

• Optimize logistics processes by analyzing and improving existing processes

• Drive the structural improvement program within Operational Logistics

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master in business engineering, industrial engineering, operational management, or logistics

• 4-7 years' experience in operational logistics & engineering, preferably in a high-tech, low-volume assembly environment

• Project, program, and portfolio management knowledge and experience

• Project management certification

• Track record of leading process improvement projects

• Hands-on experience with continuous improvements based on lean principles and effective change management

Skills

• Excellent professional communication in English

• Strong analytic skills, presenting data as compelling information

• Leadership skills, drive for results, and ability to act under high pressure
