Job Summary
Nouvall Engineering Services is seeking a skilled Digital Hardware Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Turnaround Hardware Support Team, you will play a crucial role in the effective implementation of Turnaround MET applications focused on digital tool and hardware implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Turnaround model, including tools, applications, and training.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware devices, including mobile kiosks, mobile devices, Wireless Access Points, solar arrays, BLE enabled devices/systems, RFID, bar coding handheld devices, and other specified equipment.
- Collaborate with local work groups in FEL for planning and coordination.
- Manage the care and maintenance of hardware assets, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Partner with team members to develop and document work processes, procedures, and client requests.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to support team members as required.
Requirements
- MBO level 4 E&I (EQF 4 or higher) education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English language (mandatory); Dutch language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel abroad on a regular basis.
