YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Assessing client requirements and gathering pertinent data/market insights.Cooperating with stakeholders to establish priorities and formulate a project strategy.Applying scientific and mathematical principles to improve operational efficiency.Connecting customer needs with warehouse activities and processes.Creating guidelines, procedures, and instructions for innovative logistics strategies.Staying informed about market trends to capitalize on new opportunities and sustain a competitive advantage.Collaborating with a team of proficient Engineers and reporting to the Logistics Engineering Manager.

YOUR PROFILE

Possessing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Logistics, (Technical) Business Administration, or Engineering.Exhibiting initiative and determination, along with a strong emphasis on team and client development.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clarify complex technical solutions for various stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and guiding individuals from diverse backgrounds.Advanced analytical skills, routinely conducting market research to inform strategic decision-making.Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager with excellent organizational abilities, skilled at managing multiple projects effectively.
