About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a Quality Control Engineer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our inspections, both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality procedures and policies to meet industry standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of production processes, from initial stages to final assembly, to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare and review inspection reports, release notes, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain project-related specifications, including welding, NDT, and quality documents.
  • Coordinate inspections with third-party and authority inspection organizations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Verify documentation from sub-vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Identify and manage project documentation, including work progress and documentation flow.
  • Ensure all materials procured or supplied meet project requirements.
  • Provide vendor assessment and relevant data to the assigned project buyer.
  • Generate appraisal and non-conformance reports for distribution and approval.
  • Establish service standards for end users, including internal departments and external customers.

Requirements

  • International Welding Technology or equivalent certification.
  • Experience and knowledge of various inspection and NDE methods for welding and coatings.
  • Familiarity with international rules and codes such as AWS, ASME, ISO, PED, API, etc.
  • Understanding of KOG products and activities.
  • Interest and knowledge of mechanical and structural aspects within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English languages.
