HE Space is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at ESTEC. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage medical documentation and appointments administration efficiently through email, telephone, and meetings.
- Support annual medical examinations, basic laboratory tests, and specimen collection and preparation.
- Triage medical emergencies and provide first aid and basic life support skills.
- Administer confidential HR data in line with applicable regulations.
- Digitalize medical records and maintain various systems, including SAP Human Resources and medical software Cority/cohort Management System.
- Registered nurse in The Netherlands or close to registration.
- Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Medical Assistant in a General Practitioner practice.
- High level of flexibility and positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to maintain high organization and efficient output.
- Proficiency in IT resources, including SAP, Cority/Cohort, MS Office applications, and other databases.
