Je gaat werken bij een vooraanstaand bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in facility management voor diverse organisaties. Het bedrijf staat bekend als een dynamische speler binnen de branche en telt ongeveer 70 collega's. Samen opereren jullie dagelijks op aansprekende locaties door heel Nederland.
Goed te bereiken vanaf Utrecht, Nieuwegein, Amstelveen, Almere en Hilversum.
FunctieomschrijvingAls facility assistent ben je actief betrokken bij de operationele taken voor onze diverse klanten en krijg je de kans om deel te nemen aan grootschalige projecten. Dit biedt je de gelegenheid om je vaardigheden in facility management verder te ontwikkelen.
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan taken, waaronder receptie- en servicedesk-werkzaamheden, het coördineren van facilitaire zaken zoals interne verhuizingen, en administratieve ondersteuning. Als flexibele receptiemedewerker pas je je moeiteloos aan verschillende behoeften en situaties aan. Deze veelzijdige functie biedt je de kans om een breed scala aan vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en effectief in te spelen op de facilitaire behoeften van onze klanten. Het is belangrijk dat je van afwisseling houdt en snel kunt schakelen bij verschillende situaties.
Functie-eisen- Uitstekende sociale vaardigheden en een professionele uitstraling.
- Vloeiend in telefonische communicatie.
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden met een scherp oog voor planning.
- Een natuurlijk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, gecombineerd met eerlijkheid en zelfstandigheid.
- Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Proactief in het vinden van oplossingen en het ondernemen van acties.
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
- Een bruto maandsalaris van €2.200,- op basis van een fulltime werkweek van 40 uur.
- Een afwisselende en zelfstandige functie met een werkweek van 40 uur.
- 26 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband, plus 8% vakantiegeld.
- Gebruik van een bedrijfsauto, laptop en telefoon.
- Een baan met de mogelijkheid op een vast dienstverband op de lange termijn.
- De kans om VCA- en/of BHV-diploma's te behalen.
- Een parttime of fulltime dienstverband.
