About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sensory & Consumer Science team as an intern.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing and executing sensory and consumer research studies, analyzing data using statistical techniques, and presenting results to stakeholders.

As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced team members to support the set-up and briefing of research studies, analyze data, and report findings.

You will also have the opportunity to work on a personal project, which will be confirmed within the first month of placement based on your interests and current project work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sensory & Consumer Science team in designing and executing research studies
  • Analyze data using statistical techniques and present findings to stakeholders
  • Work on a personal project to be confirmed within the first month of placement
  • Support the set-up and briefing of research studies
  • Report and present research findings

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program in Food Science or Technology with a background or understanding of Sensory and/or consumer Science
  • Strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English
  • Some hands-on experience with food research activities is a plus
  • A structured approach, driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Availability to dedicate at least 5 months to this internship, preferably from 3rd of March to August 2025
