Job DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician at WerkTalent, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and repairing equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on production equipment, following established procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Experience in maintenance and repair of technical equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Good knowledge of English language
- Availability to work 2-shifts
- A competitive monthly salary between €2700 and €2750 gross
- Travel allowance starting from 10 km
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment with a team of 3-5 colleagues
- A stable full-time job with the possibility of a permanent contract
