Your daily job

As a Technical Project Manager at AME, you'll play a crucial role in our company's success by guiding our product development projects. You'll work closely with customers, cross-functional project teams, sales, and the factory to ensure successful project completion.

Project milestones start with customer requests or assignments. Together with sales and the technical team, you'll develop fitting solutions for each request. Your goal is to manage projects within quality, timeline, scope, and budget, identifying and managing project risks and issues, and developing contingency plans as needed.

You'll coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure project goals are met. Regular communication with project stakeholders, including senior management, is essential.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (electronics, mechanics, software) is required;
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management and product development in a technical and/or industrial environment;
  • You have a talent for leading and coordinating, taking responsibility for achieving project goals;
  • You possess a critical mindset and can think and act multidisciplinary;
  • You can communicate effectively with technical specialists and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds;
  • You can translate project requests into realistic plans aligned with our development process;
  • You have proper organizational skills, including structured planning and priority setting;
  • As a team player and leader, you know how to motivate people and keep them aligned;
  • Excellent English skills, with Dutch knowledge a plus.
