About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Strategist to join our Offshore Wind team. As a Solution Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and commercializing our wind farm inspection and monitoring strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement our offshore wind I&M solution roadmap
- Establish Fugro as a leading service provider in the operations and maintenance market
- Monitor the offshore wind I&M market and collaborate with colleagues and industry counterparts to identify opportunities for Fugro
- Lead the development and implementation of Fugro's I&M solution portfolio for offshore wind
- Engage with colleagues, clients, and industry counterparts to establish a market-leading position and reputation for Fugro
- Leverage a global network of technical experts and delivery professionals to turn ideas into reality
Requirements
- BSc degree in a relevant engineering or business discipline
- Comprehensive operational or technical industry expertise
- Experience in the offshore wind industry
- Broad knowledge of offshore wind I&M regimes and associated technologies
- Leadership experience within a global organization
- Ability to engage with industry peers and build relationships at all levels
- Excellent language skills in English
