As a Content Specialist, you will create and maintain high-quality documentation for our products and services. Your primary focus will be on developing user manuals, guides, and other technical content to ensure our customers have the information they need to get the most out of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical content, including user manuals, guides, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets business needs and aligns with product Roadmap.
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
- Optimize content for search engines and user experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of content management systems and workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
