Purchasing Coordinator

Job Summary:

Terex Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support the team of Buyers in Oud Gastel, The Netherlands. As a key member of the procurement team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient acquisition of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and verify documents from suppliers to ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders.
- Manage internal purchase requisitions to support procurement and maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) for backordered items and track air and container shipment schedules.

Requirements:

- MBO / Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in business administration, preferably in supply chain planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Effective English communication skills (spoken and written).
