Key ResponsibilitiesThis support role involves providing individual assistance and preparing team members for the use of new tools and strategies that enhance long-term performance. The role contributes to the main team goal of ensuring the reliability and safety of our process installations.
Key tasks include:
- Assisting in the development of in-house inspection tools, focusing on documentation and efficiency needs.
- Supporting the transfer to Bluebeam for the development of piping inspection scopes by the inspectors of the FAI team, increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Preparing the conversion of the current hardcopy mechanical integrity equipment archive to a digital archive.
- Assisting in the transfer of the current in-house inspection management tool to the selected global Dow Inspection management tool.
- Fine-tuning and generating the inspection and repair dashboard for fixed asset equipment, communicated monthly at our clients' site.
- Helping inspectors with IT issues to increase efficiency in inspection documentation.
• MBO4 level with a preference for IT systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Preferred experience in the petrochemical industry.
• VCA-VOL certificate.
