  • You will work closely with HR, occupational health professionals, and insurance providers to ensure accurate documentation and efficient management of administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with Dutch labor law and the Gatekeeper Act are essential aspects of this role.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, case management, or sickness absence coordination/administration
  • Strong understanding of Dutch labor law and reintegration policies
  • Fluency in English is required, with basic understanding of Dutch language
  • Background as a Legal Secretary or in HR administration is a strong advantage
  • Experience in a fast-paced or international company
