About the Role:- This role involves guiding employees through sickness absence and reintegration processes, providing first-line support for inquiries related to return-to-work cases.
- You will work closely with HR, occupational health professionals, and insurance providers to ensure accurate documentation and efficient management of administrative tasks.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with Dutch labor law and the Gatekeeper Act are essential aspects of this role.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, case management, or sickness absence coordination/administration
- Strong understanding of Dutch labor law and reintegration policies
- Fluency in English is required, with basic understanding of Dutch language
- Background as a Legal Secretary or in HR administration is a strong advantage
- Experience in a fast-paced or international company
- Proactive mindset with the ability to support and coordinate requests within a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
