Customer Service Claims Associate Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Claims Associate to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Customer Service Claims Associate, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving insurance claims and representing one of the biggest brands in telecoms in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and resolve insurance claims
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker with conversational English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
