Sourcing Student

As a Sourcing Student at Ericsson, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization's various projects and functions. This internship is designed to provide valuable experience and help you develop essential skills while balancing your academic commitments.

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic students who are eager to contribute to our team.

• Participate in an Induction program to gain knowledge about Ericsson, Fleet management, and Sourcing Business Operations.
• Support the Car Fleet management organization with timely data administration, such as invoices and Data File Uploads, vehicle related documentation, reports and period closing.
• Support the Car Fleet management organization in achieving the yearly targets, and with the implementation of rules, guidelines, policies and procedures as relevant.
• Participate in internal team meetings and governance meetings, and collaborate with the internal stakeholders as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong interest in Car Fleet management, Sourcing, Business and/or Telecommunications industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills both in local language and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel macro and VBA (an advantage).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work following instructions in a team environment.
• Positive energy, flexibility, and collaborative behavior.
• Fast learning ability and willingness to adapt to new situations.
