Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations and lead a team of production employees in shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing employees, cooperating with others, and supervising production processes.

About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coaching production employees during their shift work;
  • Ensuring efficient deployment of employees and proper division of labor within the team;
  • Registering and reporting production data, such as quality, energy consumption, and technical reports according to established procedures;
  • Identifying and reporting technical malfunctions and deviations in the process to the technical department and following up on solutions.

You will also participate in the production process while ensuring optimal work distribution and supervision of the team. This is a full-time position in 5 shifts, with working hours varying from Monday to Sunday.
