Multifunctional Printer Specialist

DHL Ricoh is a leading supplier of multifunctional printers and related solutions. We are looking for a driven individual to strengthen our team in the role of MFP Configurator Logistics Employee.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuring multifunctional printers based on customer requirements and specifications. Coordinating logistics processes, from receipt to dispatch of the MFPs. Ensuring correct administration of stocks and configurations. Collaborating with technical teams to support the installation and testing of the devices. Advising customers on the correct configurations and logistics options. Monitoring lead times and ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements:
MBO/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in a technical or logistical direction. Experience with multifunctional printers and logistics is a plus. Good communication skills and customer focus. Team player with a proactive attitude and an eye for detail. Knowledge of inventory management and logistical processes.
