We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Director to lead our Consumer Engagement Categories, driving strategic sourcing and procurement excellence for Coty's global marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy for Consumer Engagement Categories, aligning with Coty's business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with Coty's procurement policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce, to understand business needs and develop tailored procurement solutions.
  • Drive cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation through data-driven decision making and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, marketing directors, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing procurement, with a proven track record of driving strategic sourcing and procurement excellence.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High degree of fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
