Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the duty manager to ensure efficient and effective operations, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospitality management.
- Currently studying hospitality management at HBO level.
- Available for at least 5 months.
- Fluent in English, with any other language a plus.
- Flexible and available to work 24/7, with a strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
