Job Title: Category Manager Makeup

We are looking for a skilled Category Manager to lead our makeup category at Boozyshop. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving product assortment, and increasing sales within the makeup category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and product offerings
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of category strategies
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform category decisions and optimize product assortment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in category management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages
