As a highly motivated Financial Controller, you will join SkinVision's vibrant team in an exciting journey to scale the company internationally. You'll be part of a growing international company that's leading innovation in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and reporting variances.
  • Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements for management and the board, including P&L, sales, opex, and cash flow.
  • Revenue recognition: working with the business to understand contract terms for invoicing and recognition (cost and sales invoicing).
  • Leading and controlling cash on a daily/weekly basis, including following up on overdue invoicing or collections (cash flow management, invoice payments).
  • Overseeing all accounting and customer invoicing, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger (accounting, bookkeeping, cost and sales invoicing).
  • Overseeing compliance with tax filings (CIT/VAT).
  • Running and leading the month-end and year-end close process.
  • Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Overseeing employee declarations and payrolling.
  • Ensuring comprehensive tax compliance, including wage tax and pension.
  • Overseeing the monthly cash flow forecasting process.
